All sales are final. Our products are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but Route shipping insurance is available at checkout for protection.

Returned packages due to invalid addresses or unclaimed status can be reshipped at your expense. Unclaimed packages will be donated after 30 days.
