All purchases are final sale as our products are made-to-order. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to personal preference, invalid shipping address, incorrect order details, or any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong size/product, please contact us at info@nativethreads.co within 10 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly make it right.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order is shipped, it is the buyer’s responsibility to track and ensure the package arrives. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
For peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance through Route, which you can select at checkout. This protects your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you purchased Route insurance and need to file a claim, please do so through their platform.
Returned/Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for tracking their orders. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, unclaimed status, or any other reason, we will not track it.
- If your package is returned, we can reship it at your expense.
- Refunds are not available for returned packages.
- Unclaimed returned packages will be donated after 30 days and will no longer be available for reshipment or refund.
