La bibliothèque collectera et offrira au public un accès gratuit et ouvert aux objets d'art, aux livres et aux médias du Soudan et de l'étranger.

À l'été 2019, les révolutionnaires soudanais ont mis fin au règne de 30 ans de la dictature d'Omar Al Bashir. Cette pièce anniversaire de 3 ans leur est dédiée ainsi qu'aux personnes de la diaspora soudanaise. Aux révolutionnaires qui se sacrifient continuellement pour un Soudan libre, pacifique et juste. Aux diasporas qui se sentent coupables de ne pas pouvoir être là physiquement pour se battre pour ce qui est juste aux côtés de leurs compatriotes.
